31 March 2025:
Next Saturday, April 5, at 2 p.m. and on Wednesday, April 9, at 5 p.m., a Kneipp water treading session entitled “Paderwasser - a great treasure, especially for women” will take place in the Pader at the city library.
It's far too good just to look at the over 200 springs of the Pader. How can we women in particular benefit health-wise from the 11 degree cold water of the Pader? Sebastian Kneipp would know the answers and we'll try it out! Anyone who would like to find out more about Mr. Kneipp's life in the 19th century, his poor childhood, his career as a Catholic priest, his severe tuberculosis and his development into a water healer is very welcome!
In collaboration with Martina Heege, occupational therapist, health consultant GGB and Kneipp mentor, we would like to introduce you to the Pader in a different way.
For practical exercises in the Pader water, it is advantageous to bring water sandals or similar, admission is free and registration is not required. We look forward to seeing you!
