Workshop on the topic of “Sustainability”

On the occasion of the European ERASMUS + program, we had a visit last week: students from the Realschule Südstadt in Paderborn came to us with their exchange students from Comenuis College in Rotterdam.
Under the theme of “Sustainability”, we took a closer look at the headwaters and our river Pader. There was a quiz, tours, a photo challenge and a creative printing workshop. Differences and similarities to the Dutch waters were identified and in the end, everyone agreed that the sustainable management of our rivers is a key task, especially for the younger generation.
We are delighted to have established contact with Rotterdam through the “Realschule in der Südtstadt” and look forward to welcoming more guests in the future.
